website. This website is owned and operated
by J A Dennon Associates Limited, a company
registered in England and Wales under company
number 816859 and whose registered address is
Offecon House, Bury Road, Haslingden, Rossendale,
BB4 5PE. These terms and conditions apply to
the use of this website and by accessing this
website and/or placing an order you agree to
the terms and conditions as set out below. These
terms and conditions may be changed at any time
without notice, and we therefore recommend that
you check these each time you revisit the site.
If you do not agree with our
terms and conditions, please do not use the
website. Should you have any questions regarding

How to Order
1. Browse for products using the online catalogue.
You do not need to log in if you are not a credit
account customer. Credit account customers can
log in and their order will be charged to their
account and subject to our agreed payment terms.
2. Select required item(s) and add them to your
shopping basket. Contents of the basket can
be checked and amended at any time by using
the "View Basket" facility,
3. When you are happy with
your order, continue through the Checkout to
payment. We accept payment by MasterCard, Solo,
Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron &
UK Maestro.
If you have any problems with the ordering process
or require additional product information, please
contact our Sales team on 01706 216088, between
9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively
you can email using the "Contact Us"
button. Our Sales team will endeavour to reply
to messages within two working days. "Working
day" in this context means Monday to Friday,
and excludes Saturday & Sunday and Bank
Holidays.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the
details of your order and payment secure. We
do not hold or store any of your credit or debit
card details on our systems (see "Secure
Payment" below) In the absence of negligence
on our part we cannot be held liable for any
loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide
when accessing or ordering from our Website.
Contract Formation
Your placing an order and our subsequent order
acknowledgement does not constitute the formation
of a contract. Order acceptance and the completion
of the contract between you and us will take
place on the dispatch to you of the products
ordered (unless we have notified you that we
do not accept your order).
Secure Payment
All payments are processed
through Sagepay (formerly known as Protx), the
largest online payment service provider in the
UK. As a result we do not hold any of your card
details on our systems. Full details of the
Sagepay privacy and security policies can be
found on their website at www.sagepay.com. Payment
is made at the time your order is placed.
Price
All prices we show on the website
are exclusive of VAT.
Availability
If the item is out of stock
we will cancel your order, send you a cancellation
email and refund your payment.
Delivery Policy
Product prices shown on our
site exclude charges for packing and delivery.
Our charging policy is as follows:
• A £5.50 delivery charge is made
for each order placed
Exceptions:
• Furniture may be subject to extra delivery
charges, we will contact you upon receipt of
order to advise of this and you may cancel your
order with us should you not wish to pay the
additional delivery charges.
The applicable charge is shown clearly at the
Checkout stage before you commit to placing
the order with us.
In most circumstances, our Sales team will dispatch
the goods you have ordered from us such that
delivery is made within 7 working days to anywhere
in mainland UK.
Deliveries will be made to the address that
you give us for delivery of the product(s).
Deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
Three attempts in total will be made to deliver
your parcel should you not be available. A calling
card will be left each time. After three attempts,
your goods will be returned to delivery depot
and classed as a refused delivery. We will refund
85% of your order value with us retaining a
15% handling fee.
We are unable at this time to send orders to
addresses outside mainland United Kingdom.
Cancellation and returns *
You may cancel your order for any reason at
any time prior to dispatch and make returns
up to 14 days after receipt of your goods provided
that they are in perfect, unused condition and
in original unopened or undamaged packaging.
To cancel your order prior to dispatch please
telephone the Sales team on 01706 216088 or
e-mail sales@dennons.co.uk.
Refunds will be against the card used to make
the original payment following inspection of
the returned goods, normally within 7 working
days. Goods returned as ‘not required’
will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
Faulty or dead on arrival products will be subject
to a full refund.
Unless goods are faulty we are unable to offer
refunds on the following: food & beverages,
dated products such as diaries & items ordered
via our specials team.
Any carriage charge paid at the time of order
will not be subject to refund.
If goods are not returned and received by us
in perfect condition we reserve the right to
withhold or refuse any refund, pending enquiry,
and/or make only a part refund
*None of the above conditions
affect your statutory rights when goods are
faulty, or not as described.

us through this website shall only be used in
accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read

or placing an order with us. By providing your

site and products or services that you may find
of interest but if you prefer not to receive

What information is requested?
We will only collect personally
identifiable information to the extent reasonably
necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes,
and we maintain that J A Dennon Associates Limited
does not supply personal information to third
parties.
In order to fulfil your order, we need to know
your name, address, e-mail address and delivery
address. We also ask for your telephone number,
which enables us to contact you urgently if
there is a problem with your order.
Your credit or debit card details
are taken by our payment service provider, Sagepay,
when you enter your card details to make your
order and are not retained by J A Dennon Associates
Limited.
We monitor customer traffic patterns and site
usage to help us enhance the design and layout
of the site. We may use your personal information
for our internal marketing and demographic studies,
so we can consistently improve our site to better
meet our visitors' needs. To enforce legal rights
and the law, we may also disclose information
to law enforcement agencies if so requested.
No personal data will be passed outside of the
EEA (European Economic Area).
